Seven-week workshop with lectures and small group discussions for people dealing with divorce or the breakup of a long-term relationship. Help, support and advice for healing are offered by a group of experienced speakers and facilitators.

Divorce Recovery Workshop Sessions
Session 1: Reality Check – Accepting and understanding your new reality.
Session 2: Coping With Your New Reality – Learning to cope with the loss, pain and stress of your new reality.
Session 3: Responding to Your Emotions – Understanding and dealing with the emotional roller coaster.
Session 4: Writing Your Next Chapter – Becoming whole as you grow through this experience, plan for your future, make good choices and assume new responsibilities.
Session 5: Facilitator Panel – Interactive Q&A session with your small group facilitators
Session 6: Healing the Wounds Within – Ways to heal the wounds caused by anger, hurt, guilt resentment and regret.
Session 7: Relating in a New Way – Thinking about new and meaningful relationships, combating loneliness and developing healthy support systems.
