The primary focus of the position of Missions Program Support Coordinator is to nurture relationships and coordinate the many programs of the Missions Ministry of First Pres. As primary liaison between members of the congregation and mission needs local and globally, this position is a key part of the mobilizing of covenant partners and resources in support of the First Pres vision.
Substantial administrative and organizational skills are necessary to succeed in this position and critical to maintaining on-time, on-budget and well-communicated programs to our community, both internal and external to First Pres, depending upon the needs of the project.

A Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required
Experience managing programs from conception to successful outcomes.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders including volunteers.
Experience with basic accounting including developing and managing program budgets.
Experience with international travel.
Sensitivity to cross-cultural issues and people groups.
Database experience required
Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel experience desired
